Sparklers and Oak Bombs

Sparkler: n. A fun term to describe a wine that has undergone a secondary fermentation and is now bubbly. Includes but is not limited to Champagne, Sekt, Cava, Prosecco, and Crement.

Oak bomb: n. The unfortunate result when a wine is overly aged in oak barrels, resulting in overpowering flavors of butter, wood, vanilla, smoke, etc.
